Like a thief in the night it will come, no warning.
Blessed is he who is on the mountain heights.
Blessed is she with a bag prepared for flight,
big pot in the camp, plenty seed and provision.
I&I prayer for vision always guides our decision.

Ras Tafari is a Man who hunted lions in his youth,
riding his war horse on the plains of Harar,
near the wild border of Somalia,
other times battling the Muslim Tribes
(who castrated Ethiopians for sale to the Arabs) –
fighting with sword and shield like the Ancestors.

His Imperial Majesty was a Family Man.

upholds the Word of Emmanuel
who renewed Moses Principle: 7 days unclean.
Then another 7 days shall pass
before the blood is purified.

is the Code of Retaliation.

Why is the Ethiopian always first choice to oppress?

Jeremiah said Israel would learn a New Law
directly from the Master:
a Covenant written with the Blood of the Lamb –
every heart shall overstand. (Jer 31:31-34, Lk 22:20)
The Stone Law was given to wandering tribes
on the Exodus out from under Pharaoh's hand.
The Spirit of the Lamb says to the Higher Man:
Repatriation is to the Land.
Any Man who learns to acknowledge the King –
from ever since Creation he has been a Rastaman.

What JAH reveals in one Man Heart
is not exactly what He tells another.
That is why Man live raspectfully apart –
each One Dominion distinct from his Brother.

Live For Each Other: It pleases Him.
One hundred and forty-four thousand Idren
shall Reason Iternal Reasoning.

Atheists say to Apostles: Your Day of Judgment –
if it be true, bring it on and prove it. (Qur'an 21:30-41)
Instead of keeping faith in a Promise of Heaven,
they demand evidence of Immediate Destruction.

But I saw Woman walking in celestial river valleys,
reaching heights of Faith and distance of Glory.
Woman shall help plant up the Gardens of ZION
and build Blackheart Family Foundation.

The Law of Woman is older than Deuteronomy,

older than Leviticus, grounded in Naturality.

Roots Woman youthful, in Age fortifying,

balanced by greens and beans, yam and papaya.

Nyahbinghi is Warrior and Queen of the Gardens.

She keeps her own domain on days of purification.
Three days again for the upright, steady meditation:
fasting and cleansing are a sweet celebration.

Tho Nyahman resides in his own separate gates,
he speaks to his Empress, beholds her in his sight.
Christ was not disturbed by 12 years issue of blood
because the One who touched his cloak
was a Woman of Faith and Right.

to justify a People, to justify Man.

Man’s view is reflected in how the Word is rendered.

Try to overstand it, no brainwash understand.

Man claims to be Head, even the First Creation.

Empress Know Thyself. You are equal to him.

His strength is the Flesh, your strength is Intuition.

Who was really First – the Egg or the Chicken?

Was Man born of Woman or Woman out of Man?

We perceive of God as Father, Earth as I&I Mother,

but Spirit can’t belong to one gender or the other.

Glorify how Times change, kings and queens reign,

princess and prince, priest and prophet come again.

The Fountain of Justice is the Heart of Humanity.

Show I how the I can be more Irie than I can be.

I&I reason truthfully for Peace and Overstanding.

A Woman wins her Man: how does she do it?
By using her power of yin like an anchor,
a still, deep sea into which the river flows.
This is Passiveness, Absolutely Natural….
Everything has both Yin and Yang in it.
From their rise and fall coupling comes new Life.[30]

I was born a Soul Rebel; reggae music made I
Conscious. I&I have seen Lions on the battlefield,
seen valiant flesh get strike down, yet reggae has
called I&I to Life, guiding the lost sheep home to
12 Tribes, Nyahbinghi and Boboshanti. From my
youth Natty was waiting there, to see I thru.

I came out from Babylon, the Belly of the Beast.
The youths there wondered when the wars will end.
Bob Dylan sang the Answer is blowin' in the wind.
When Black People were carried off to Babylon
for 400 years, African drum rhythms blended with
the instrumental melodies of European classical
music and church hymns. Black Israel wept by the
rivers of Babylon, singing spirituals and gospel
music, then blues and jazz, mento and calypso.

Folk music mixed with rock to protest the wars.
Music mingled: white rock inspired by black blues;
black reggae early influenced by white country
rhythms, enriched with brass and lead bass guitar.

The Black Slave Children sang rap and hiphop,
R&B, samba, soca, dancehall. Africa blended a
century of styles in highlife worldbeat. But what
about the sinister side? What about undisciplined
drumming summoning violent Shango, even acid
and metal rock of Moloch and hypnotic chants that
charm Kali-Ma? Lamentations shall be their song.

Rain falls and heartbeat drums echo in the Islands.
In the tabernacles and gatherings only psalms are
singing; this is the New Hymn of New Jerusalem.
This is why the Priests say that reggae music is
only for a time: Nyahbinghi is the higher heights.

Without a doubt reggae has carried the gospel
truthful message to JAH People, even bringing
the drums of Nyahbinghi into the session so that
everyone might hear the sound of JAH Heartbeat
before the bright morning when I&I fly away home.
Yet reggae is contaminated by certain singers who
promote rudeness and violence, dancehalls that
push rum, and a shitstem that tempts the people
to vanity, adultery, fornication and gangsterism.

Bobo Priest stands firm against reggae music:
JAH Name must not be called in vain. Sing the
sacred hymns together as One, not to promote

celebrities or mafia behind distilleries, but rather
to chant in harmony with the communities. Still
the 12 Tribes of Israel proclaim that communities
must first be gathered to hear the hymns, so the
Word will be ministered by soundtrack and show.
Meanwhile in the Fire Circle the Prophets foretell:
In the latter days of the Armageddeon even unto
the days of Paradise, in these days shall be heard
music like the sound of the ocean or the roar of
thunder, or harpists playing their heartbeat harps.

I can remember two visions from when I was just
a young Daughter, not yet Conscious. Resting
in the daytime, I saw a missile traveling low to the
ground over the wide wilderness of the Wild West.
Its radar navigational system directed it to rise and
fall, swing and turn on its deadly path across the
flat desert wastelands. Another day I lay myself
down and traveled in Spirit as a bird, flying over
a beautiful country of gardens and orchards, hills
brilliant and shining under the sun. Years later I
asked the Angel: Tell I the meaning of the visions:

The 1^st vision is the doom of the Beast,
the False Prophet, the Whore and the Dragon.
The 2^ndvision is the destiny of I&I RASTAFARI.

So I trod the long road to ZION, even as Isaiah
said: All who attach themselves to JAH to serve
HIM and to love His Name, RASTAFARI, and be
His Servants – all who observe the Sabbath, not
profaning it – and cling to My Covenant – these
I will bring to My Holy Mountain. (Isaiah 56:1-8)

In the days to come I&I must drink the water
filtered by the earth at the source of the Spring.
This is the knowledge of the Black Survivors:
for a time dust and rain are poisoned and unclean.
Here fishes are swimming, birds are still singing.
Thru the clay earth water springing.

In the Armageddeon zones of Africa and Asia,
clean water is more precious than gold.
Don't feel the rest of the world shall escape
as Judgments continue to unfold.

Before the Flood, Arabia was joined to Ethiopia.
The whole world flooded at the end of the Ice Age.
All the seas were rising; the rains were torrential.
The Red Sea expanded, covering the land bridge.
The north-east tip of Africa, once the Plain of Eden,
now lay beneath the waters of the Gulf of Islam.
Noah floated over a year, over Kurdistan mountains.
After the Flood receded it was warmer and wetter.
The Pishon flowed again thru Arabian gardens,
flowed from Havilah where Solomon's mines were.
The Gihon came from South: the Land of Cush
until the deserts took over all over again.[31]

It was here in Iraq where the Tigris and Euphrates
joined the Gihon and the Pishon as it was set forth.
Here the United Nations critical Mission of Peace
is abolished in Earth Sanctuary (the Daily Sacrifice)
and the Beast Manifesto of Dominance and Control
is established (the Abomination of Desolation).
How much more iniquity will JAH allow in Creation?
There is a Day of Reckoning, sudden and violent.
It could be no more than a single mighty Blast,
and behold! they are ashes, quenched and silent.[32]

From the coast of Palestine to the River Euphrates
extends the battlefield of the Armageddon Plain.
Don't delay; one day tomorrow will be That Day.
Have we put away rice, some peas and flour,
a hoe and a blade for the final hour?
We are living on Grace: That Day will come.

Can we overcome the flesh to Fast and Pray –
no Bread but the Spirit for hours or days?
Then the Time of Judgment shall pass away.
Do you love your neighbour, have you seeds?
Are you willing to labour? JAH supply every need.
In the Garden where I&I shall plant ganja again.

In America ganja was an export crop that built the
economy. Farmers grew it tall and thin, like corn
in the fields. Ganja stem made denim cloth, even
rope to supply the warships. Vast Tribal Forests
were claimed by Hearst, the media king and paper
manufacturer; he contracted with DuPont who
owned the commercial rights to a process using
sulfuric acid to dissolve trees into wood pulp.
The poisonous acid is channeled into the Rivers
of Life, killing the quiet fish, even as the Tribes
had foreseen in their Dreams. When Hearst and
DuPont heard paper can be made more cheaply
and safely from the stem of ganja, they knew that
a ganja paper industry would surely topple their
commercial monopoly. Then DuPont’s financier
Mellon of the Mellon Bank petitioned President
Hoover to hire Mellon’s nephew-in-law Anslinger
as Head of the Federal Bureau of Narcotics and
Dangerous Drugs, and he spoke to the Congress,
saying: ‘Marijuana is the most violence causing
drug in the history of mankind.’ And again he
warned the White Congress Klansmen about
‘Coloreds with big lips luring white women with
jazz and marijuana.’[33] Greed and racism inspired
the Beast to ban the Herb that purges I&I of sin,
and fascist Singapore applies the Death Penalty.

Read the news! Babylon raids the fields in South
and in the West they hold a set a Ganja Farmers!
Meanwhile in the East
they run their secret copter operation,
thiefing Rasta Harvest
for their Pusherman Informers.

Ganja does not cloud the mind:
it clears the mind in truthful examination.
Ganja is not a 'recreational pleasure drug';
the leaves of the tree are for Healing the Nations.[34]

Ganja does not addict or destruct the health:
that is accomplished by rum and tobacco.
Ganja does not corrupt the Conscious Youth:
it keeps them away from cocaine and poppers.

If you are not a smoker we might boil a pot of tea.
If your conscience is clear, it's like a pot of prayer.
That's why it's called the weed of wisdom,
preferred by Hindu Pundits, the Holy Communion.
I&I fast and pray, eating the Bread of His Spirit.
I&I sip the Chalice, the Herb that cures the pagans.

Truly, the Unrighteous despise the Ganja Herb
because when they try to smoke it,
their nerves are shaken, minds tormented –
the same response as acute psychosis.

When they use it the Truth jumps up in they face.
They meet up in vision with their own evil demons.
Such sickening terrors I&I cannot imagine,
since we have never chosen to serve the Devil.

It is easy to know the state of a man soul
by watching his response to this simple Herb.
Such a Mystic Meditation and a Heart a Love
is the Spirit it brings forth in the Righteous One.
Are you angry? Ganja bringeth peace.
Are you guilty? Ganja bringeth remorse.
Are you sorrowing? Ganja is encouraging.
Are you hardened? Ganja is softening.
Under persecution? Ganja is strengthening.
Stressed with tension? Ganja biscuits for tea.

They claim say that ganja is bad for the brain,
that it makes one lose focus towards a career.
But I know herbalists with university degrees:
teacher, programmer, doctor, lawyer, engineer.

Rasta light up the Chalice to rise up I&I Will Higher
to the Will of the Almighty Who is Outside of Time,
so that I&I stay in remembrance of Cavalry.
Scripture calls Humility the Fear of JAH.
Meditation Prayer has a big effect on Destiny.
It's the difference between guidance and haste.
But in the eyes of the System, Rasta always guilty,
so I&I right to freely worship is legally erased.

The Covenant by Blood was the Gift of His Spirit.
He calls us to be Judges:
We listen to JAH and heed His Call. (Rev 20:4)
When I&I lay our structures down,
we come again as Babe in Mother's arms.
We who live in the Spirit shall not die at all.

Old Man gone ZION – did you ever consider
that he family pregnant with a Man Child again?
JAH Promise to Noah is Life Iverlasting,
in the rainbow and rivers in the sky, bearing rain.

The knowledge that has been withheld
from Roman doctors and scientists,
I have learned from the Elders of the land:
Say Yes to Herbs … they are vital to Man.

Ganja tea is preventive and treatment for cancer.
For bronchitis, a juice fast; smoke wild tobacco.
To flush out worms: neem, wormgrass and senna,
but don't use senna if the bowels are ulcerated.
Breast milk is a remedy for eye infections,
while a callous in the eye is softened with saliva.
Drink bitter neem or zebapique for skin infections;
a thick paste of ashes cuts fungus on the skin.
Fresh ash burnt from pine wood or coconut shells
kills thrush in Baby mouth; sunlight cures his bottom.
Sun on skin for jaundice and to build up resistance.
Hot water and massage for breast milk congestion.

Set a coconut shell or cashew seed alight in the fire;
the flaming charcoal is crushed on a platen.
The oil springing forth cures a tooth infection.
Soak it up and pack the tooth with a piece of cotton.

Gotu kola root and sarsaparilla cleanse and fortify.

Cool down acidic blood with lime or lemon water.

Aloes clean the bowels to cure inflamed appendix.

Pricker root and nettle tea for kidney and bladder.

Cayenne, called bird pepper, with lemon for fever,

or stroke, shock, heart attack, too much bleeding.

For acne, asthma, allergies avoid milk and flour.

For sore throat sip raw lemon juice: it kills germs.

For the cold drink neem and chandelier leaf,

garlic, ginger, cashew bark, saffron (called tumeric).
Leave out refined foods: white flour, sugar and rice.
They oxidize with fiery heat, glycemic and deadly.
Ital frees the bowels, food for health and life.
The Right Herbs correct the body's biochemistry.

Saffron for inflammation and prevention of senility.

Papaya, cayenne, aloes for ulcer and hemorrhoid.

Susumber, sea moss, bois bande for low vitality;

saffron root, nettle root, clay pack for prostate.

Bitter leaves of zebapique, caraili, neem and aloes
lower high blood pressure and high blood sugar.
Bitter herbs must be avoided in pregnancy or frailty;
for weakness drink wild celery root and eat greens.

Sweating can wash out snake, bat and dog poison.

Some sweat by running till they can’t run no farther.

Force vomiting and purging; clean out the bowels.

Charcoal dust poultice; obie seed, charcoal water.

Damp clay for ulceration, pain or any inflammation.

Cashew bark for diarrhea, sore throat or toothache.

Cashew juice is energizing, strengthening the heart.

For malaria, boil the leaf with fevergrass and neem.

Chew a neem twig to prevent tooth decay;

the leaves preserve manuscripts, grains and seeds.

Neem repels termite, garden pest and mosquito.

Soak neem or garlic mash in oil for pain in the ears.

West Indian Elders teach yard and jungle medicine;
so too we have Sadhus who manipulate the bones,
correcting the structure when it opens out of line:
upper or lower back, muscle of belly or breastbone,
the bones of the chest may even need closing,
or Baby neck and collarbone must rub into place.

Lack of knowledge leads to ‘crib death’ in Babylon.
Many times we see them fail to hold Baby's head.
If it drops, shifting joints, damaging tender sinews,
days of pain can hinder the baby’s nervous system
that regulates the heartbeat, even the airflow.
Systematic scientists should pray for guidance
concerning the things they fail to know.

They have lost the skills even of their own Elders:
all the ways to heal with water; hot fomentations,
alternated with wet clay packs or cold compress,
a treatment for all forms of pain and congestion.

Baby Daughter struggled with cold in her lungs;
I oiled her skin, closed the room and kept her warm.
My Lord covered us down with blankets;
I was holding the crying child, chest to bare chest.
My Lord was wringing very hot wet towels
to wrap in a dry towel and place across the chest.
Change hot towels 3 times, then a short ice pack.
This is a hot and cold water compress.
Alternate 3 times: 10 minutes hot, 1 minute cold.
(Heat draws the blood, cold circulates it away.)
The child sweats in the blankets, coughs up cold
and starts to breathe more free again.

In a spoon squeeze juice from fonto leaf (lobelia);

mix it with coconut oil, lemon and honey:
a powerful dose to flush the bowels, (Jethro Kloss,
clean out the chest and the little belly. Back to Eden)

Strong lobelia in cayenne tea empties the stomach:

a Roots Remedy for serious trouble to breathe.

For cramps, childbirth, lockjaw, fits or convulsions

these two herbs in little sips bring fast relief.

For stroke wrap a cold water towel on the head.
The head should be raised, the feet in hot water.
Overcome paralysis with early continual massage;
rub with bird pepper oil, use hot and cold compress.
Sweating and massage are treatment for tumors;

saffron, ganja tea, soursop leaf; regular juice fasting.

Charcoal, sugar or clay earth for wound infection.

For fever, sponge with water as long as necessary.

Stop and cover when chilly; give sips of cool water;

use enemas and aloes, a little lobelia (wild tobacco).

Beard lichen hangs from forest trees in wet regions;

eat it for pneumonia, septic sores, bladder infection.

Seaweed is for thyroid health and binds radiation.

It builds the nerves and bones for stress protection.

Soak a wound in very hot water unto closure.
Sterilize with bird pepper in lemon juice liniment.
Seal the wound with aloes juice, let dry and band.
Change up the bandage by the same procedure.
Guidance is the prayer of the healing hand.

We don't need no injection to prevent conception.
Don't want no hormone drugs, neither no condom.
Just a thin slice of aloes at the base of the womb,
and cleansing with water and lemon.

The Holy One is Christ Creator, the Master Healer.
So long as there is breath, pray and try something.
Of the Kingdom, we know not the day nor the hour,
but know the Time is near
when the figs are flowersing. (Matthew 24:32-36)

Why do Babylon doctors never try to heal

with fasting, massage, herbs and earth energy?
They only know about poisonous drugs
and surgical knives and mortuaries.

Do they know of meditation, herbal detoxification?
They eat of dead flesh like an unfinished cremation.
And after the defilement of waste elimination,
they don't even wash clean the skin contamination.

The Wise Woman in Europe was burned alive
if she knew the herbs or the work of the midwife.
Long time the Roman scientists of Satan religion
destroyed all the knowledge pertaining to Woman.

Lacking instruction in relaxation and stimulation,

many have departed in travails of childbirth.
That is how Tafari Mother gone ZION
when he was just a babe of one year.
Empress has lost all the natural information
to bring forth life without danger or fear.

Breathe slow and deep, relax in early labour.
Remember to stimulate the nipples very regular.
This will strengthen the powerful flex of the womb:
kneel down, the urge to push will activate soon.
Stimulation is a must if the birth is bottom-first
to be sure the womb opens wide for the head.
Turn a breech baby to one side, then to the other;
on each side reach in and sweep down the arm.

Turn to face back, hook finger in mouth to deliver.

Mother must hold back as the head is appearing
or the Child could fly out with force to rip open.
Oil the birth opening to guard against tearing,
use lemon and aloes to heal lacerations.
Most births are head-first and deliver very natural.
Loose the cord carefully if it circles the neck.
Suck cold from the nose if it block from breathing,
don't tie and cut the cord until blood stop pumping.

Who is this Babe still swathed in angel dust? Keep

him warm; lemon cleans the cord; seal it with aloes.

Hold sideways for nursing, on level with the breast.

If he sucks the nipple in, it surely will be painful –

let him open up wide, quickly pull him towards you.

While he is suckling the womb needs massaging.

Afterpains will bring it down and stop the bleeding.

and the valleys are brimming with bountiful harvest.

Plant seeds yielding fruit that will bear more seed.

nations backing the Beast boasting blasphemies.

Isma'il is a Great Nation by Obedience of Faith.
Jes'us Christ was Muslim long before the Prophet
converted Arabia. All the Prophets have shared
the same mission: to make the people faithful and
charitable and worthy unto God. Muhammad's
people once fled to Ethiopia, seeking shelter of
Negus Ella Gabaz and favour of Negus Armah,
who honoured the Muslims for their love of Christ,
the Holy Apostle of God.[37] And the Angel of the
Lord had said unto John: The witness Jes'us gave

Christians say Rasta worship another than Christ:

I&I sight up Christ in Flesh – Eternal Spirit in I&I.
Muslims say Rasta make man partners with God:
He has blessed I&I with a Spirit from Himself.[38]

The One who recognizes Haile Selassie as King
will receive a Kingly reward.
The One who Identifies RASTAFARI as JAH
will receive a Godly reward.[39]

The Holy Spirit of Prophecy
is the Guidance of God in Man.
The Holy Spirit of Love
is the Forgiveness of God in Man.
The Holy Spirit of Jihad
is the Retribution of God in Man.

JAH judges fairly, He punishes justly,

Remember the Oil Invasions: nations in coalition,
trying to rally with the Beast to rule Muslim lands.
Recall the rain of rockets from the Jihad in Lebanon
into occupied Palestine: the Plain of Armageddon.

John was captive on a prison island, fasting and
praying, when he was enraptured in mystic vision.
Caesar Nero was persecuting the early Christians.
John saw the River Euphrates dry up; it was the
great water that divided East from West. So he
foretold the rise of Islam and even the days when
the great water dividing East from West is the
Atlantic Ocean. Verily it has come to pass that a
way has opened for the Kings of the East to come
in, as if the ocean has dried up and there is no

The Beast is the Lodge Government of America.
We know this because of Ronald Wilson Reagan.

The Jewish State and Media, with False Prophecy,
are able to fool the people, hide the truth of reality,
pushing a militant zion and a futuristic fantasy,
in the big screen cinema and on the TV –
the Statue of the Beast that Speaks.
As for the Mark – when a man sells his soul,
his hands and his mind are sealed by the Devil,
for works of Earth Destruction, wealth and vanity,
while the Truthful Ones struggle to survive.       (Rev 13)

Three antichrist spirits have already gone out
from the mouths of the Beast,
the False Prophet and the Dragon.           (Rev 16:12-16)
The War is upon us; the man on the Dragon throne
prays for unity and peace now the damage is done.

Where is Grace in a Pope who insults Muhammad?

Rejects Bob Dylan and every Conscious Prophet.
He visits Nazi prisons and questions even God.
He denies other Churches, indeed the Holy Spirit.

From the Seeds of Isma'il have arisen the Angels
of Retribution, flying forth from the Sanctuary of

JAH has chosen His Soldiers from every religion,
every creed and race, every language and nation.
Some battle in Spirit while others fight in Flesh.
Many will fall and rise again in this here Revelation.

Put not hope in reward, heed not pleasure nor pain.
Stand up for the Right, no matter loss or gain.[44]
I&I defend Selassie: King of Salem, King of Peace.

Justice; even then he forgave the Italians instantly
at the victory, granting the settlers option to stay in
Ethiopia: this forgiveness is also the code of Islam.

Buddhists know Trikaya, the Trinity: God and Man
and the Spirit of Consciousness. Hindus prophesy
Kalki, the Rider on the White Horse who destroys
the world in Judgment. The Saints of Christ Tafari
and al Mahdi pray together: Victory to Jes'us upon
His White Horse. Many religions have prophesied
the Avatar of Judgment. Now Babylon is fallen,
every knee shall bow and every tongue shall tell:
Only Christ Returned could defeat the Antichrist.

All True Religion leads to Christ, born of Flesh.
He plants up the Heartland with Righteousness.
That is why years ago as a forsaken Daughter of
Babylon, I once did pray: I will bring forth this Child
alone; no unclean hand shall touch him. Let me
die in childbirth if it is not Your Will that I deliver
a Manchild who shall trod with the Idren in ZION.
