The Repatriation Papers
are recorded by Empress Suzan
to hail the Victory of the Saints – on Earth and On High –
all the Virtuous in History who have suffered under sinners,
the Pure in Christ who know God is in Man (not only in the sky),
Israel People: Boboshanti, Nyahbinghi, Twelve Tribes,
even Emmanuel, Marcus Garvey and Haile Selassie I.
 
This Trumpet calls all Nations to the One we call Father,
for the Love of Righteous Children and the Promise of ZION,
by the Burning Faith that testifies to the Spirit of the Martyrs,
and because we have triumphed by the Lamb and the Lion.
 
God judges individuals; He also judges Nations.
This is Just because parents are responsible for children,
elders guide communities and rulers lead whole populations.
When many are led astray it brings down national condemnation.
 
Woe unto the West in her quest to test the Highest.
RASTAFARI stand in awe before the Judgment of JAH.
Babylon repent!  Ye may escape His Wrath like Nineveh.
Or continue like Sodom: Expect Brimstone and Fiyah!         
 
Can any leader shore up a city built of cards?
Does a false state have any right to exist?
Can a wealthy church sanctify a man whose life is hard?
Can Babylon stop the Beast from devouring her flesh?                  (Rev 17)
 
Who is she?  The proud Queen of international investment banking,
founded on shares in slave ships, gambling that plunders the poor.
The Earth cannot maintain her vain and scarlet harlot living.
Her world financial empire is rotten to the core.
 
Now, at the eleventh hour, is there hope she could repent?
The rich man must be wishing he had followed the Lord.       (Mk 10:17-22)
His gold has been squandered, the money all spent –
on his lust for the City, the Mysterious Whore.
 
She should not be surprised in the time of her decline,
no one will want to drink of the dregs of her filthiness.
Bitter and sour is her fornication wine.
No feast left on her table – now will they eat her flesh.
 
Jes’us rode into Jerusalem on the back of a young colt,
deliberately, to proclaim Himself without uttering a word.        (Mt 21:1-11)
And for a Sign the King Divine rode on a White Horse.
Those with eyes to see have seen; with ears to hear have heard.

I have seen the Ancestors along the Kingdom Journeys.

They said to plant the garden and fight against oppression.

They said a Day is coming, showed me places dead and barren.

Gather seeds and all your needs and make a clean confession.
 
The Holy One says to the International Generation:
There is Trouble in the World, but Joy inside the Gates.     (Rev 12:7-12)
Mine Holy Word has never claimed the copyright of men –
not even in the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eight.
 

 
I saw in the vision an explosion of fire
that appeared like a volcano of lava,
and this was but one of the Visions of Fire.
 
The Living Word is the Voice of the Holy One
and all the flocks are gathering in the sheepfold.
 
The sin of my people, the Black Slave Children,
was one of blood sacrifice offered unto false gods.
Idolaters and spirit workers,
we had forsaken the God of our Beginning.
So we were taken into captivity
and have suffered Great Tribulation
under the guns of the slave masters
during the latter part of the Age of the Gentiles.
 
We read the scriptures of the Jews and Christians
and some of us read the scriptures of the Muslims.
In ourselves we have re-lived the experience
of the ancient Hebrews of Israel
subjugated to Egypt and Babylon and Rome.
 
So many Africans were exiled, over 1000 years,
enslaved by Arab Muslims, 400 years by Christians,
and to this day the Nation has not returned
to Blackest Africa, the Land of our Ancient Selves.
Our Babylon is the West: carnal shrines of Cities.
We pray for Repatriation from Babylon
and Exodus from Egypt and Restoration of ZION.
This Black Israel is the remnant of my children:
the ones who bear witness under persecution.
 
At the hands of the Gentiles
I&I have suffered so much abuse and oppression
that we have cried aloud for help and revelation
since we know that our experience
has come to the End Times of this Age
when only the experience of the Jews
at their own End Times
when Christ came to them preaching Salvation,
yet the City and Temple and Nation were destroyed
and over a million perished
to the sword and famine and crucifixion
and scores of thousands taken captive
and hounded and scattered                (Josephus Bks 2-6)
while those who had listened               
to Christ were delivered –                 (Jerusalem AD 66-70)       
only this Lesson can provide us
with Light and Direction
to make sense out of ungodliness
and prepare for a Dread Day to come.
 
The Slave Children Experience
is that of a repeat of history.
Similar cycles and patterns from history,
in different locations and of worldwide scope:
Full Time to apply what the Saints have learned.
 
I&I remember Abraham, Jacob, Moses and David,
to whom were given the Promise of Grace
and the Earthly Kingdom of Heaven,
and we remember the lessons of all the Prophets
concerning all the Tribulations.
 
I&I remember Noah: Prepare for disaster.
I&I remember Jonah: Repent and save the city.
I&I remember Lot: Time to flee the cursed city.
I&I remember Joseph: Store food for the famine.
We remember the early Christians
who escaped to the mountains
in accordance with the warnings
of Daniel and the Messiah,                     (Dn 12, Mt 24)
when the armies of the Romans
arose round about Jerusalem,
and we know these Words of the Prophets
about the desolation of Jerusalem
were fulfilled at the end of the Age of the Jews,
soon after the coming of the Son of Man;
therefore we know these Words
can be applied again
to the end of the Age of the Gospel,
and even His Second Advent.
 
We have eaten bread of suffering,
drunk water of distress.                       (Isaiah 30:19-26)
So it is by all the prophecies already fulfilled,
and even by the sign of the Son of Man,
we make ready in Spirit and Truth
for a Judgment Day of Reckoning.
 
Wake up!  Open your eyes,
or you will not be able to see.
Just as the days of Noah were,
so the days of the presence
of the Son of Man will be.                 (Matthew 24:37-44)
 
Like the Jews we have been punished
for sin – as a Chosen People –
and carried into Exile
and suffered slavery and imprisonment,
even martyred and slaughtered.

Like the Jews we have longed for Messiah,

the Anointed One to come again,

and prayed for the Time of Holy Mount ZION.
 
There were Jews who became Christian
when the Son of Man first came to them,
as there are Christians who have become Rasta
because He came again in Glory.
 
Just as the Lion is King among beasts,
so the Rastaman is King in the midst of man.
Unbelievers wage war and try to destroy
every righteous man whom they don't understand.
Tell them we'd have already perished long ago
were it not for the Fire and the Promised Land.
 
Reformers and Martyrs of Protestant Churches
have tried to purge out all the sins of the Catholic.
The 7 Seals tell the history of the Christian Church.
The 7 Trumpets tell the history of the Fall of Rome.
So say the Adventists who restored the Sabbath,
and the Witnesses declared 1914 His Advent.
 
The Witnesses say Jerusalem fell in 607 B.C.,
and 7 Times then passed over man                       (Dn 4)
before the True King would sit on David's Throne
and the world would know God alone commands.
Wise men have calculated a biblical year for a day:
7 x 360 years the Throne awaited her King.
Jerusalem fell to Babylon, 2520 years passed by,
until the War that established the King in 1914.
Now, Historians say that Jerusalem fell in 586 B.C.
In that case, 7 Times were completed by 1936.
This was the year the King Judged the Nations
and each Nation regretted the result that befell it.
 

We do wonder why there are godly men

who fail to recognize the season of his Coming.
For he came on the World Stage
as the End Times began with World War One.
At that time it was determined by Kings –
Allied Kings of Europe and Kings of Ethiopia –
that Ras Tafari was worthy to be Heir and Regent
to the Ethiopian Orthodox Throne of David
since his cousin, Lidj Iyasu, had converted to Islam
and betrayed the Christian Throne to the Muslims
who had sided with German and Turkish Empires.
 
So he appeared in Great Glory as King and Lord
over a nation of many kings, a land of many lords.
After the War there were 17 years of peace
before the anguish of Ethiopia and exile of her King
by air attacks of poison rain
from the Roman Military Machine,
3½ years before the start of World War Two.
So in 1936 he judged the Nations guilty
and prophesied the desolation of the Nations,
indeed for their betrayal of David's Throne
to the Italians (who in fact are Romans).
 
So terrible was the War that the sun was darkened,
the moon lost its brightness, stars fell from the sky
and the powers of heaven were shaken.      (Mt 24:29)
 
The World Wars and the Colonial Divide were
drawn along lines of Wealth and Race.  Europeans
thought that Africans could not govern themselves,
and some believed Whiteness is an evolutionary
advantage, and that technologies of warfare with
tactics of oppression and extermination are proof
of superiority within the corrupted race of men.
Pride and Hatred are the Enemy, indeed Racism.
There is a Lasting Penalty for continuing in Sin.
 
Five years to the day after the day of his exile,
the Throne was restored to the Lion of Judah.
The history of the War is recorded in his books
about the life of the Emperor: The King of Peace.
 
Now I&I ride forth in Spirit
on white horses, in white linen,
while RASTAFARI is our Commander
and our only Allegiance,
and the greater part of Revelation
is revealed and we have witnessed
unto the Battle of the End
which is presently upon us.                               (Rev 19)
 
This time has been a limited period of Grace,
like the 40 years after the crucifixion of Christ
and before the great destruction of Jerusalem.
Our Messiah was cut off again in 1974,       (Dn 9:26)
and the desolation of this dispensation
is not for the Jews alone no more.
 
Scriptures are explained by every denomination
and each puts forth its own interpretation.
RASTAFARI rise up to fulfill the Salvation.
I AM the Church: I come to crown the Reformation.
 
Rasta know of Redemption for all of JAH People:
The Hour is at hand; the Earth shall be restored.
We have manifestly the Holy One
and the Earth Groundation to sustain us.
Come away from the rebellious crowd,
come learn to plant and harvest,
so that after the end of the Gospel Millennium,
some shall live on to sing His Praises.
 
There are signs and patterns of the Messiah of
which only I&I seem to be conscious.  Verily Ras
Tafari inherited the Title and the Lineage of David. 
He and his people were surely persecuted by the
Romans and again by the Marxists.  His Nation
was made desolate at the time of the Apostasy
by Rome, and again during the time of Famines,
even unto this day.  He proclaimed Judgment
against Rome and against the Nations before
World War Two and won victory for His People
as the Lion of Judah Prevailing.  Yet again the
Daily Sacrifice was taken away: He was martyred
and cut off again, an aged Lion as humble as
a Lamb, yet His Saints are still caught up in the
Battle, constant and persevering.  I&I have no
fear of the Antichrist, only a Dread Judgment.
 
When I&I say that Man is God and God is Man,
we refer to the Oneness; it was so from Ever Since.
When I&I speak of Trinity we mean He manifests,
indeed in Man as Priest and Prophet and King.
 
Ye who overstand are the Children of Selassie:
