At the hour before dawn I was in a vision listening
to a rhythm from the early days, a woman singing:
 
From bondage to bondage was my Emancipation,
from Roots to RASTAFARI is I&I Repatriation.
Emmanuel My Lord is most humble in Creation.
My Love, My Lord is Boboshanti Man.
 
A woman outside come sweeping the pathway.
Hearing the soundtrack, she reach by my window
saying: That was I Woman singing, you know.
I never know people was still listening to that song!
 
She smiled wholeheartedly and I was astonished
to think that she loved a Priest of Bobo Ashanti
because in them times Boboshanti did not mingle
with Indian Woman, for the spiritual purity of Israel.
 
Waking from the vision, I studied the situation:
The Sistren who loved a Dread of the Ethiopia
Africa Black International Congress was from East
Indian lineage, but Emmanuel say Black People
must not mingle with people of foreign nations. 
 
The Indian woman's hair was long and flowing,
I could see it was tangled by the breeze.
Even so, she combed her hair every morning.
She had no Covenant on her head.
 
Furthermore, I could say
that according to her tradition,
she did eat pumpkin and yam
and many foods from the vine.
Yet Priest has a principle not to eat from vine,
for so he say it was written: the Nazarite Vow.[7]
 
And again I could say that according to her nature,
she had been a Freedom Fighter so many years,
she did not keep the principle of staying in house
and secluding herself even from her own spouse.
 
Yet Emmanuel say Empress shall stay apart
for 14 days out of every monthly cycle,
that her wisdom reach heights like Kilimanjaro
and her discipline flow like the Nile.
 
The Indian Woman come Conscious
because of reggae music,
yet Priest Emmanuel say
we must use only drums.
 
One midday Emmanuel came walking quietly
thru the streets of Kingston:
From whence did he come?
Without Father he came, without Mother he came.
Yet Father, yet Mother; no one was left undone.
You are a Priest of the Order of Melchizedek,

Lingering in these heavens a little while longer,
I saw that by the appearance of her countenance
the Indian Woman was surely a Blackheart Queen.
Her heart was wide open to the whole human race.
She loved sinners and saints.  Who has not sinned?
She even loved the ones who are led astray.
She would pray for the sheep lost in Babylon City,
and most of all she loved the Black Survivors.
 
My Idren, I have not come to disrespect no one,
but to help make everything straight.
Priest Emmanuel was so righteous
with High Principle and Purpose
that he even fixed law to be flexible to change,
to be reasonable and not oppressive.
 
I&I reason for rights and for higher heights.
Every family and generation
shall reason its own principles,
even tho some laws are I-ternal.  
This is how it was in Congo Africa:
Reasonmant was the Law,
Law was balanced with Grace.

My Lord looked to the Hola Word, I&I compass on
rough seas: it is written that Israel must not marry
the foreign nations, neither mingle with Moloch,
the evil god of the Ammonites and Assyrians. 
Forthwith the Holy One revealed that Black People
must embrace Blackness so that RASTAFARI
shall not be defiled by Moloch White System.
 
I shall unfold to the I the Law against Moloch:
It is a fiery furnace god who eats little Children.
Every day the Babies are sacrificed to Moloch.
That is why JAH said not to mingle with Moloch,
because these people disgrace themselves
worshipping a god of abomination.
 
King Ahaz burned his son as an offering to Moloch
and King Manasseh also passed his son thru fire.
These were rituals of pain, even self-mutilation,
and sacrifice of human life to raise the king higher.
 
The King of Moab sacrificed to Moloch in battle,
slaughtering his son upon the city wall.        (2 Kings 3)
Yet his armies were routed and all the towns taken.
It is still the Duty of Israel to make Moloch fall.
 
The Law against Moloch is not to worship idols;
idol-worshippers come in all colours of skin.
All nations have been guilty of idolatry and sin.
 
Therefore Israel must never mingle nor marry
with the sons and daughters of Babylon,
because they bow down to Moloch,
the god of Hollywood and Rome.
 
This is a god of Lust and Greed
for Power and Money; he feeds on Death.
To him the Unborn Babes are sacrificed,
and the Saints: the Prophets and the Martyrs.
Moloch's wine cup is the blood of Innocent Ones.
His destruction is the Hymn I&I chant together,
and a Prayer for Judgment, Fire pon the Altar.
 
Turn away from desire for things of the System.
Now is a time to want little; you will have enough.
Priest Emmanuel did accept all race on ZION Hill
once the heart is right and the works are clean.
 
The Truth is the Sacrament.  I will show the Idren
something about the Vow of the Nazarite:  Long
time this was a Covenant that a man could put on
like a cloak.  He would wear it for a time and then
take it off when he had fulfilled his Promise.  In the
days of Moses it was not expected of an ordinary
man to carry dreadlocks for all the days of his life. 
Consecration required a male lamb for devotion,
a female lamb for sin, a ram and a basket of bread
for communion.  His Locks did grow free as a sign
of separation unto the Lord.  He would not come
near no dead nor drink wine from the grapevine
until the day of the fulfillment of JAH blessing
when he carried the 3 sheep to the Priest in the
Holy Place where they were offered up unto the
Lord (draining the blood, never breaking a bone).
Sacrifice was a rite for praises and purification,
repentance and atonement for the sins of the
Nation.  His sanctified Locks were shaven and
burnt in the communion fire at the Tent of Meeting.
 
The first-born of Israel were consecrated Nazarite;
they carried the Vow all the days of their lives.
So it was that certain Ones like Sampson, Samuel,
John the Baptist and Mother Mary never cut their
Locks, neither the Son of Man, Jes'us Imanuel.
Still the Nazarite Covenant is like circumcision:
just as I&I are circumcised in our hearts, so I&I
may carry the Vow in I&I hearts.  Even so, I&I
Dreadlocks Vow is the Seal that gives I&I Third
Eye Vision to pass thru Tribulation while I&I
free the Nation, Natural Freedom that raises I&I
to Life in the Blood of the Lamb Resurrection.
 
Why does a young man desire to be bald?
What possess a man to shave to look like a girl?
 
I&I know it is the same Sodomite spirit
who has spoiled the West and soiled the East,
who led the youths astray,
molesting them drugged and naked
in a place of shame: a church or a slum,
where the Devil sells poor boys and urchin girls
for rich boys and roman priests to have some fun.
 
To shave is to bow to the Dragon of Rome.
Selassie is a Man did always keep his beard.
But never mind that….
Not every dreadlocks is a brother to the poor.
Not every baldhead is a wolf at the door.
 
Remember JAH Himself came to Jamaica with the
very said comb that had him moving as a political
statesman amongst the Nations.  He requested
of the Heads of State to be given audience with
a council of the Idren.  When Selassie asked
the Bredren about the Natty Locks on they head,
I&I explained to HIM how I&I let the hair grow in
holaness according to the Nazarite Vow.  Hearing
this WordSound, His Imperial Majesty wept and
his heart was filled with joy to meet a People
who call I&I Self after His own name: Ras Tafari,
a People who have chosen the Covenant Way. 
He had summoned a Nation He never knew.

accomplished –  He who is Most Royal yet humble 
in his heart to kneel and pray three times a day.
 
Yes, the Lion of Judah had broken every chain.
On that state visit to Jamaica in 1966, the Lion
met the Lamb in flesh: Haile Selassie I blessed
My Lord Emmanuel Charles Edward VII, the
Lord Servant, and gave unto him the Promise of
Repatriation.  Emmanuel presented the Promise
to the U.N. Center for Human Rights, but Black
People were rejected for not being a member
state, and so he blazed Guilty Judgment upon the
United Nations: Emmanuel worthy alongside Haile
Selassie and Old Marcus Garvey to establish
a line of Priests and Prophets and Kings.  (Rev 5:6-10)
 
Emmanuel, My Father, here is a fact from history:
The Bible never says not to eat from all Vine.
I will show you a point which I know you will see
because you always uplift right reasoning,
and as I listen to You, Beloved,
so You would listen to Me.
 
The point of the vine is that a Man is not supposed
to get drunk, especially when he is crowned with
the Godhead.  The vine that was forbidden is the
grapevine that Israel people trod on, even in the
winepress.  To Seek Meaning is the Sacrament.
 
The Nazarite was required to stay so far from
alcohol that he must have no part with the grape,
lest he should be led to partake of strong drink,
and drunkenness should cause him to corrupt
and forsake the purification of his Covenant.
This law against the grapevine was for a lawless
people. Let I&I interpret the Law positive, My Lord,
to overstand its true purpose.  In all things the
Nazarite demonstrates discretion.  I&I don't deal
with drunkenness: I&I love we little Meditation
Herbs.  The grapevine was outlawed as a decree
against drunkenness; let I&I therefore uphold the
Law against drunkenness.  The other vine foods
were never abolished; indeed the time is coming
when yam flour shall be a source for I&I survival.
 
In the hills and valleys the Father has blessed I&I
with pumpkin, caraili, ground nuts, christophenes,
cucumber, sweet potato, watermelon, bodi beans.
He has given I&I every Herb Bearing Seed, even

vines, to be for I&I as meat.  This is the Original

Law, given unto I&I when we were still Innocent,

and this is also Good Nutrition: Abundant Ital.
 
How many people are without food in these times,
while their crops and cattle die for lack of water?
Tens of millions of people face famine already,
falling off the edge of terminal starvation.
 
He who has overstanding: Mystery Redemption is
the Sacrament.  I&I have many views and orders, 
yet all must bless Emmanuel.  Rasta could not diss
High Priest Emmanuel.  Who among the Poor and
Have Nots did stand up for Black Consciousness,
the loving faithfulness of the Black Race?  Who
healed the sick in Spirit and Flesh with Herbs from
Mother Earth?  Whose WordSound of 7 Psalms
still frees Ganja Man from the prisons?  Whose
Tabernacle Order, Royal Vestments, Turban and
Robe have re-connected I&I to the Ancient Ises?
Who took upon himself authority to correspond
with Queen Elizabeth, even the United Nations,
demanding Black People Right of Repatriation,
Judging the Leaders in the Courts of the People?
Who clothed the naked, sheltered the homeless,
fed the poor and hungry, set the captives free?
Emmanuel fulfilled his Faith: flowers and fruit.
 
Who hammered the swords into plowshares
and banished Rome from the Tabernacle?
Who gathered the stray sheep from the roadways
and placed I&I at the Altar on the Sabbath?
 
Who called the Youths out from the ghetto
and summoned I&I to the Congregation?
Who established gardens and self-discipline
out of defilement, abuse and desolation?
 
Remember Back a Wall back in 1958:
Prince Emmanuel and 3000 Idren congregate.
For 21 days I&I reasoned and prayed
while the police turned vicious
and the wicked were afraid.
 
Emmanuel came to restore Black Culture
to a People victimized without any reparation. 
He said: Never mingle with the oppressor.
He upheld the policy of race separation.
 
Every Nation under its own vine and fig tree.
Queen of Babylon must let Black People go.
Still I wondered how Black Supremacy
could redeem the Race of Humanity:
What was Emmanuel Reasoning when he say so?
 
So then My Lord Elijah explained to I Woman:
Listen, that ye shall overstand:
White people must get a racial conviction,
and all race who scorned Original Black Man.
Yet now that Emmanuel has judged the wicked,
Black People within strength must use discretion.
No need to reject anyone who come humble.
Emmanuel purpose was to teach a hard lesson.
 
Remember God is Love.  Let us all Love.
Therefore it is right to ease up the restriction.
JAH is ever-merciful when Man is repentant,
and everyone has a right to appeal a conviction.
Every nation and race could repatriate to Black.
Remember Africa was the birthplace of All Man.
All who commit to Israel will blend into Blackness
to share the Earth communion, and this is JAH plan.
 
What then, I asked, is the answer to the question:
Is Selassie King of Kings or is He really God?
And Ras Elijah said: Don't get tie up with words.
Keep your Heart clean and pure
on the road that we trod.
Man should have but One concern:
by the Grace of God to save his own Soul.
Many more will be saved if you set yourself Right.
JAH will dwell in the I also and make I&I Whole.
 
But how, I said, could it be right to worship Flesh?
Elijah said: Without Flesh, He cannot full Manifest.
The Holy One lives in all Creation,
even His Righteous Children
who are worthy to be praised and blessed.
 
And this Word Sound gave I a feeling of peace.
I Woman cannot rest until a concept is justified.
That is why I honour the First Black Man:
He has truth and wisdom to make I satisfied.
 
Emmanuel said: No gun could stop Prophecy.
No battleship could stop it,
no nuclear weapon could stop it.
 
We are the first Nation who stand for Right
upon the face of the Earth.
Other Nations have not followed the plan of God,
except the Black House of Israel.
 
Emmanuel came forth with the Blessed Assurance.
Like Moses he begged JAH pardon for the Nation.

making manifest in Man the Holy One of Creation.
 
My Lord liked to hum and enter a meditation.
When he returned he would speak of his visions.
Interpreting dreams, he applied conscious wisdom,

that would heal his afflictions.
 
My Lord said: Black Supremacy stand over all.
Christianity is lost, religion is lost.
The bishops and the parson-them,
they cannot bring forth witness
to prove that God is not Man in Flesh.
 
Them say God is a spirit up in the sky,
yet they could not go in the sky
to find a spirit there.
Bring all the book you have, even the Bible,
and declare how God is a Spirit of Flesh.
 
We deal with the Living,
we don't deal with the dead.
We are coming to tell the world
that Man is God and God is Man!
 
Anyone come and say, God is a spirit –
he is not of God.
Anyone come and say, God is in Flesh –
he is a Man of God.
 
Glory be to the Father,
the Son and the Holy One of Creation.
He created Man in His Image.
He created us all in Glory.
So We are the Glory of our Master,
our Father.
 

High Priest said Man of Right is God in Flesh.

Just as Woman of Right is Goddess in Flesh.

He also said Woman shall lead us to ZION

to rule with Man in Paradise, Humble and Blessed.
 
The gift of Earth is for those who live Right.
You have to live free, 
in love and truth, Natural.
Those who view it only thru
the distorting spectacles of science and technology
cannot hope to attain true knowledge
of the Earth's inner workings.[8]

so his sheep would learn to be Shepherds of Man.

In the cities of Pharaoh he has taken command,
trumpeting the battle call as Gideon routed Midian,
chanting fire pon Rome at the steps of the Vatican.

a voice crying in the wilderness:
Live Right, Live Clean.
Come and learn the Livity of Bobo Ashanti.
 
Ye shall know the Saints by their Perpetual Love.

Stop bow to Pharaoh, come Children of JAH.
 
Conscious musicians lead the Exodus with Music.
The horns and strings are the Staff in their hand,
leading many out of Egypt to join the Congregation
of Daniel Drums: Number One Band in the Land.
 
Emmanuel said that reggae leads to six-foot-six.
I&I know the dancehall is not no place in ZION.
Yet if a reggae superstar keeps Sabbatical Order
then in My Father's House are many Mansions.
 
The Reggae Musicians are on a Gospel Mission:
Every knee shall bow and every tongue shall tell.
Come!  The Musicians are on a Rescue Mission:
I can testify their Words have released I from Hell.
They told I to follow follow follow Marcus Garvey,
even Haile Selassie and Priest Emmanuel.
 
Yet still I do agree with Emmanuel's teaching
when he said reggae music cannot carry us ZION
since everything commercial must come to an end
and the drums sing praise to the Conquering Lion.

From sin and condemnation My Lord was set free
because he loved not the world and lived privately,
exiling himself for Mercy unto Cycles of Eternity.
